My GMail is Locked Down

All of a sudden I was logged out of GMail and when I refreshed the page, I got this message about "unusual usage of your account."

I do use checkgmail and I sometimes have GMail open on two different browsers, one at home and one at work. Never caused any problem before. I think I'll fill out their form.

Well second time in one day i managed to get to your blog. Thought this gmail stuff was interesting, when you hear back from them or figure out what has caused it please let everyone know. Enjoy the blog from what i have seen.

Well I didn't try refreshing gmail.com after blogging about this but I did fill out the form and an hour later I checked back and gmail.com was working. I had received this email from Google:

gmail problem

I do not know why I log in to my account, after some minutes my gmail stops working and none of the bottoms work and I have to refresh page to work with it. could you please help me to fix my problem.
